Nationwide Plastic Affiliate Program Info

Our affiliate program is our easiest program to make extra money on,
How it works, is simple - once you sign up you are given an affiliate number, this number is placed on some flyers/coupons that we send you. All you have to do is give these to your neighbors and friends and if they should order covers using your coupon, you get paid.
Step one - Sign up for the program.
Step two - We send you 10 flyers and a copy to use for making additional copies these will all have your affiliate number written on them.
Step three - Start giving these to your friends and relatives, you can also put them in stores, on bulletin boards, even place the ad in your church newsletter or anywhere you can get free advertising. If you feel ambitious enough you can have many copies made and even distribute them door to door, there is a cost for the copies but it could pay off very well for you.
And thats about it, once a potential customer sees the ad they call and use the coupon to save money on their covers, once the job is delivered and paid for, then your money will be sent out right away. (See terms below for full information)
Terms
The following terms apply and must be agreed to before signing up for the program.
As an affiliate you realized that you are not employed by Nationwide Plastic or any of its partners or affiliates.
The payments distributed are as follows, you will recieve a 10 percent commision from every job that is refered to us via your coupon.
The customer MUST use the coupon in order for you to get paid, if the customer fails and/or forgets to use the coupon, we have no way of telling how they heard of us, if it is a friend or relative tell them to be sure they use the coupon.
Payments will not be mailed out if there is a balance outstanding on the order
If the customer pays the balance by check or Credit Card, the checks and credit card must first clear the bank before any payment is paid out.
The payment we make to you will either be by check or money order, we can send cash but we will not be responsible for lost, stolen or mis-directed mail, we will not deliver the payment in person unless the amount due to the affiliate is more than $300
You cannot advertise in any manner which is illegal, or immoral, and definatly no spamming allowed (email)
You cannot make any statements, promises or agreements on behalf of Nationwide Plastic.
We also reserve the right to amend this agreement at anytime, it is your responsibility to check for any changes to these terms
If you agree to these terms, just fill out the form below and within a week you will recieve your package to start making money.
